“ World class optics for a dinner outing with friends and family. I celebrated my 40th birthday at this amazing restaurant and saying I was stunned is an understatement. The aesthetics is simply breathtaking. The only complaint I have got is the food quality probably needs a little upgrade to seriously consider this a usual or regular go to spot by locals and visitors in the city center for dinner or very special occasions. The drinks are moderately priced and not cut throat. Overall super impressed with staff professionalism and location. I will definitely visit again ”

“ We had a bit of a lads night out from work and decided to book Sukhothai to start the evening. My first visit to the restaurant and I was very impressed. The restaurant itself is lovely and well laid out. The service from entering the door, during the meal and on leaving was impeccable a lot of other restaurants in Leeds should follow their example. The food was very well prepared and tasted delicious. Satay Pla the strips of Haddock were beautifully cooked and the herbs complimented the fish perfectly. I wasnt sure if the peanut sauce would work with fish but it does. Weeping Tiger The 8 ounce Sirloin came as required medium rare and was very succulent. Probably the best piece of steak Ive had in Leeds. The oyster sauce marinade works really well and suits the meat. The secret spicy sauce has a nice kick to it without being over powering. All in all a brilliant restaurant and the prices are very reasonable for such a high standard of food and service. My only regret was not leaving room for a dessert as the sweet menu looked very tempting indeed. ”

“ Fantastic vegan choices. Went for an early meal before the theatre last night. The vegetarian menu was plentiful, we advised we were vegan and it was explained that anything deep fried e.g. vegetable spring rolls were cooked in same fryer as other foods, in case that was an issue cross contamination isnt an issue for us, it is for some so they can choose options that arent deep fried. We were also asked about allergies. All the vegetarian mains were available with either tofu, This isnt chicken or Zeaster vegan prawns we eat a lot of tofu at home so went for the chicn with a mushroom and vegetable stir fry and the green curry prwns. Both were delicious! We shared vegetable spring rolls for the starter again delicious and jasmine rice with our mains plentiful and a great price. We also had a large zinfandel and a fruit cider came to 60 total including tip We will definitely be back and recommend for vegans in or visiting Leeds ”

“ We had a rare family day out. We loved the tasteful decor and the staff were attentive. We were not sure what to order as this was our first time eating Thai food in a restaurant. We ordered set menu A and the food was delicious! There was a lot of food and 6 of us couldnt quite finish it. It was very busy and had to wait a little longer for the bill than normal. The music was the only terrible thing, it was quite loud and it was not in keeping with the Thai decor, covers of the Greatest Showman by random artists which werent great. It was very expensive 268 but the food quality was amazing. All in all my family had a nice time, enjoyed the food. We will visit again though! ”

“ We really enjoyed the meal. Great food and very helpful staff. Service slowed down a bit when it got busy, but I guess thats normal. The restaurant was packed by the time we left. Obviously popular. The rib eye was so nice,and they catered for me by using a slightly less spicy sauce. ”

“ Five of us had a really nice dinner here. Our starters and mains were delicious and a decent size. Prices were fair for food and drinks. Bar staff waitresses were attentive. The question is , would we return ? Absolutely. Enjoy. ”

“ As usual it was a unplanned stop off for a bite to eat. Ive never heard of it before so I had no idea what it was like. There is an extension Thai menu selection so there plenty to choose from and at very reasonable prices. The portion sizes are very reasonable and I didnt even manage to finish my meal. The staff were fantastic and very efficient. Overall a wonderful experience and recommend anyone that like Thai food to give it a try. ”
